Any bagels not being enjoyed the day of delivery should be frozen immediately! Our bagels freeze and thaw perfectly – and can be thawed sitting out for 2-3 hours. You can also take them out of the freezer and put right in the toaster so they’re ready for breakfast! 350 degrees for 5 minutes unsliced. Please see our Bagel Handling Instructions for more information – and our preferred way to prepare our bagels after freezing.

We use a variety of shipping vendors to get your bagels straight from our oven to your doorstep. If you are purchasing, as needed or as one-time customer, we get your bagels shipped out in 2-3 days, as long as orders are in between Monday-Thursday by noon. It’s all up to you! BUT if you are one of our subscription customers, you should expect to receive your order no later than the 3rd day after your selected renewal date.
