Ordering and Shipping Help
We use a variety of shipping vendors to get your bagels straight from our oven to your doorstep. If you are purchasing, as needed or as one-time customer, we get your bagels shipped out in 2-3 days, as long as orders are in between Monday-Thursday by noon. It’s all up to you! BUT if you are one of our subscription customers, you should expect to receive your order no later than the 3rd day after your selected renewal date.

What is your return policy?
We do not offer a return policy, when you order online, as our products are fresh baked, perishable goods. We are not responsible for any missing or stolen packages, incorrect addresses, delivery issues, failure to receive or failure to accept your delivery. However, if it seems there has been a mistake on our end, such as a chosen flavor being incorrect, we kindly ask that you submit an email to our helpful team, to get things right for you.
Can the bagels be frozen?
Yes, the bagels can be frozen. We recommend FREEZING IMMEDIATELY upon delivery to retain best freshness. Our bagels can last up to 6 months in the freezer and a few weeks in the refrigerator, only if moisture hasn't already set in. Keep in mind the temperature at which your refrigeration is set, as it may cause freezer burn.
How long will these last?
Depending on the bagel of your choice, they can last will up to a week in the package, while stored in a cool, dry location and up to 2 weeks or more, if refrigerated properly. If freezing ourbagels, they can hold their NY authenticity for up to 6 months. However, note that if any moisture has begun to set in, inside the package, freezing is the best course of action.

Do you offer free shipping?
No. Our orders ship from UPS, USPS or FEDEX delivery services.
If your bagels are of NY quality, why are they made in FL?
After having a successful retail shop New York we relocated to Florida for palm trees and sunny beaches. We believe, to make a great AUTHENTIC product, one does not need to be done so in a place of origin. We have perfected the NY style bagel recipe to be recreated ANYWHERE. Even though many say “it’s in the water, ”WE KNOW “It Aint’t the Water!”
How many flavors do you have?
A TON! Currently, we only offer our 6 core flavors. However, once we move some chairs and tables out of the way (so to speak ) we will have 24+ flavors available to VIP customers. For now, we just want to keep it simple for your taste buds and have them dream about what is to come.
What if a customer wants to purchase more than 2 dozen for delivery?
Fantastic! We can help with that. You can either contact us via email and we can put a custom order together for you OR you can simply click the “Wholesale” link to be put in touch with one of our distribution managers. It really just comes down to how big of a bagel mountain you want to climb.
How does the subscription work?
Pretty simple. You choose the quantity and flavors of what you want and the time frame you would like to receive them. (1) time every week, bi-weekly, or just get a whole bunch at once every month. BAM! Again, all on what you are willing to handle. We do ask that you give us at least 7 days prior to your next order shipping, IF you are looking to cancel.
Can Bagel Brothers of NY bagels be picked up in stores?
Not just yet. However, requesting for your local supermarket or grocery-based location, to begin stocking them is the best way for us to get them to our customers, via grocery retail. At the end of the day, grocery store chains love to bring it what their customers want.

We are so glad you asked! We have established an amazing brick & mortar location for our local customers, in Port St. Lucie, FL. We also, have grown our wholesale and distribution business exponentially, across the US of A. As we continue to expand with our direct to customer service, we created our online store, that requires a bit more bells n whistles. We need to compensate for our efforts of making the online shopping experience seamless, for our shoppers. Thus, the distinction of url(s).
